Buyer accounts are available for Motor Traders/Dealers and VAT registered business only.

Your custom is important to us so providing the application has been completed correctly buying status will be set up within 48 working hours of receipt (please note that approval of any credit line request may take longer).

Motor Trade Account

For bona fide members of the motor trade only.

Requires a minimum of 12 vehicles to be purchased annually to retain the account status (otherwise renewable by annual membership fee). Benefits include:

  • Reduced Buyer's Premium (lowering further as you purchase more vehicles from Manheim Auctions)
  • Access to Manheim’s award winning website
  • Free auction day catalogues
  • Online buying through Simulcast, CyberAuction and Direct
  • Cheque paying facility (subject to credit acceptance)
  • Access to ‘Buy Now’ stock from Manheim Direct
  • Preferential rates for selling vehicles at auction
  • Personalised communication for forthcoming auctions
  • Personalised Buyer Account Card
  • No annual fee, when purchasing 12 vehicles or more per annum

To apply for a Trade Buyer Account print off the application form. To apply for the above benefits, complete this application form and send an admin fee of £60 inc. Non-Motor Trade Account (Business Buyer Account)

For VAT registered businesses that require the ability to purchase used vehicles in the wholesale market e.g. taxi companies and small fleets.

Requires a minimum of 12 vehicles to be purchased annually to retain the account status (otherwise renewable by annual membership fee). Benefits include:

  • Reduced Buyer’s Premium (lowering further as you purchase more vehicles from Manheim Auctions)
  • Access to Manheim’s award winning website
  • Free auction day catalogues
  • Online buying through Simulcast, CyberAuction and Direct
  • Access to ‘Buy Now’ stock from Manheim Direct
  • Preferential rates for selling vehicles at auction
  • Personalised communication for forthcoming auctions
  • Personalised Buyer Account Card
  • No annual fee, when purchasing 12 vehicles or more per annum
