Manheim Auctions’ Dealer Training programme provides access to no-nonsense, good quality motor trade training that is cost-effective and simple to arrange. Our impartial, highly skilled training team ensure that courses are targeted to make a real difference to dealer business practices, as well as being memorable for participants.

Four basic courses available:

1. Basic Selling Skills: following the ‘steps to the sale’ method
2. Appraisal, Valuation & Auction Experience: a ‘hands-on’ day following how auctions work, with workshops and exercises on valuation and appraisal
3. Managing Used Cars: covers all aspects of running a successful and profitable Used Car operation
4. Van Basics: similar to the Appraisal/Valuation experience course but specifically covers only Van valuation and appraisal
