Access IMS

Manheim Auctions’ online stock management facility, IMS offers access to real-time vehicle data, including ‘off-site’ and ‘on-site’ appraisals and the associated digital images, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Users of IMS can generate a current stock management listing, with the ability to contact the relevant auction centre electronically on issues such as collections or deliveries, reconditioning or reserve prices.

IMS also allows users to generate bespoke reports, offering up-to-the minute, key management data directly from Manheim Auctions’ vehicle records. These include:

• Pre-sale report
• Charges / payments report, detailing deductions and payments made from sold vehicles
• Today's sold report
• Stock & sold report, detailing current physical stock and vehicles sold between selected dates
• Daily arrivals report, detailing vehicles which arrived between selected dates.

Each report can be customised and the preferences retained.
