Seller Advance in 5 easy steps
- Instant Valuation: At the negotiation stage, the dealer appraises the part exchange and obtains an accurate Seller Advance online valuation which is valid for 14 days. The deal is concluded and if the incoming vehicle is not to be retailed, a projected delivery date is entered into the system.
- Minimal Paperwork: Once the part exchange vehicle has arrived at the dealer, a few more clicks of a mouse and the vehicle is automatically "pushed" to auction - no need for any other time-consuming paperwork such as completion of collection forms.
- Maximising Sales Values: The dealer sets the reserve price on the vehicle, selects any other pre-auction service and takes advantage of a nationally branded auction programme.
- Cash in the Bank: When the car arrives at Manheim Auctions it is inspected to ensure accurate description and a BACS payment for the full valuation amount is initiated to the dealer the next working day.
- Rapid Reconciliation of Funds: When the vehicle is sold, the difference between Manheim Auctions’ advance payment and the price actually achieved is reconciled within one week.
